1. Listing review
Every new or materially updated listing is submitted to IronShare Hub for review. A listing is not visible in the public marketplace until IronShare Hub marks it approved. Approval may be withheld or revoked where information is incomplete, misleading, unsafe, prohibited or inconsistent with platform requirements.
2. Owner authority
- You own the equipment or have legal authority to rent it.
- The listing does not violate financing, lease, insurance, contractual or legal restrictions.
- You have authority to provide all photos, descriptions and business information submitted.
3. Listing accuracy
- Accurately disclose make, model, year or year range, quantity, condition and material limitations.
- Keep pricing, availability and included attachments current.
- Provide accurate weight and transport dimensions where known.
- Provide an exact private pickup location to IronShare Hub while allowing only an approximate public location before booking.
4. Safety and maintenance
You are responsible for maintaining equipment in a condition reasonably suitable for the represented rental purpose and for disclosing known material defects, restrictions or special operating requirements.
5. Rentals, payouts and disputes
You agree to follow IronShare Hub booking, handover, messaging, cancellation, evidence and payout workflows. Payouts may require identity, business and payment-provider verification.
6. Re-review after edits
Material owner edits can return an approved listing to pending review. The listing will remain hidden from the public marketplace until IronShare Hub approves the revised information.
7. Acceptance for this listing action
The checkbox shown before submission is your electronic acceptance of this agreement for the listing action you are taking. IronShare Hub records the agreement version and acceptance time.
