1. About IronShare

IronShare is an online marketplace that helps equipment owners, renters, businesses, and transportation providers connect for equipment rentals and related transportation services.

IronShare may provide tools for listings, booking requests, payments, transportation quotes, messaging, status updates, reviews, and related marketplace services.

2. Private beta

IronShare is currently operating as a private beta. Features may change, be unavailable, contain errors, or be modified as the platform is tested and improved.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and promptly notifying IronShare if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You may not impersonate another person or business, provide knowingly false information, or use IronShare for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

4. Equipment listings

Equipment owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including equipment condition, specifications, availability, pricing, ownership or authority to list, and any operating requirements or restrictions.

Owners are responsible for ensuring that equipment offered through IronShare is lawful to rent and reasonably safe for its intended use.

5. Renters

Renters are responsible for reviewing listing information, following applicable laws and operating requirements, using equipment appropriately, and ensuring that operators have any required training, licences, permits, or qualifications.

6. Transportation

Transportation may be provided by independent transportation providers. Transportation prices, availability, schedules, and requirements may vary based on the equipment, route, permits, dimensions, weight, and other circumstances.

Transportation providers remain responsible for complying with applicable transportation, safety, licensing, insurance, and regulatory requirements.

7. Payments and fees

IronShare may use third-party payment providers to process payments and payouts. Users may be required to complete additional verification before receiving payouts or using certain payment features.

Pricing, platform charges, transportation charges, taxes, deposits, refunds, and other amounts applicable to a transaction will be presented as part of the booking process where applicable.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on booking status, timing, payment status, equipment-owner requirements, transportation commitments, and any cancellation policy presented with the booking.

9. Verification and trust indicators

IronShare may display verification or trust indicators for accounts, businesses, identity, insurance, payment readiness, or other information. A verification indicator does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, warranty, or certification that a user or transaction is risk-free.

10. Marketplace relationship

Unless IronShare expressly states otherwise, equipment owners, renters, and transportation providers are independent users of the marketplace. IronShare does not own the equipment listed by users and does not become the operator of rented equipment.

11. Prohibited use

You may not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, use it for unlawful activity, or intentionally bypass marketplace, safety, payment, or security controls.

12. Availability and warranties

During the private beta, IronShare is provided on an as-available basis. IronShare does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that every listing is accurate, that every transaction will be completed, or that every user will satisfy another user's requirements.

13. Suspension and account restrictions

IronShare may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate suspected misuse, comply with legal obligations, address payment or security concerns, or protect the platform.

14. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as IronShare develops. The current version will be posted on this page with its latest revision date.
