1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating or using an IronShare Hub account, you agree to these Terms of Use and any action-specific agreements presented before a rental, listing or carrier quote. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
Marketplace renter and equipment-owner modes may share one account. Carrier access uses a separate account and email because transportation permissions, fleet operations and bidding are kept separate.
2. IronShare Hub's role
IronShare Hub provides technology that helps users discover equipment, communicate, request rentals, coordinate transportation, make or receive payments and manage related workflows. Equipment owners and carriers remain responsible for the equipment, services and information they provide.
IronShare Hub may review, approve, reject, suspend or remove listings, accounts, transactions or transportation activity to protect users, comply with law, enforce platform rules or manage marketplace quality.
3. Account responsibilities
- Use truthful identity, business, equipment and contact information.
- Do not share accounts or impersonate another person or organization.
- Complete required verification before protected actions are enabled.
- Keep passwords and devices secure and report suspected unauthorized access.
- Do not attempt to bypass payment, messaging, approval, safety or marketplace controls.
4. Fees, payments and taxes
IronShare Hub may charge platform, transportation, carrier or other disclosed fees. Amounts shown before confirmation control the transaction. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment processors such as Stripe.
Users remain responsible for taxes, permits, licences and other obligations that apply to their activities unless IronShare Hub expressly states otherwise.
5. Safety, prohibited conduct and compliance
- Do not list, rent, transport or use equipment unlawfully or unsafely.
- Do not falsify equipment condition, dimensions, insurance, licensing, capacity or availability.
- Do not scrape private data, probe security controls, interfere with the service or access another user's account or records.
- Follow applicable laws, manufacturer requirements, workplace rules, transport rules and permit requirements.
6. Suspension and termination
IronShare Hub may limit, suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, non-payment, policy violations, legal compliance or protection of the marketplace.
Account closure does not automatically cancel obligations arising from completed or active transactions.
7. Disclaimers and limitation framework
Marketplace information can be supplied by independent users. IronShare Hub may verify selected information but does not guarantee every user statement, machine condition, jobsite condition or carrier representation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, IronShare Hub's liability will be limited as described in the final lawyer-reviewed version of these terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes and electronic records
IronShare Hub may issue a new version of these Terms. Where a new acceptance is required, protected actions can remain unavailable until the new version is accepted.
You agree that notices, agreements, confirmations and transaction records may be provided electronically, subject to applicable law.
